Vitalitas pojišťovna, a.s. (hereinafter referred to as “Vitalitas”) has been active on the Czech insurance market since 2003. Its main focus is travel, health, and accident insurance. The comprehensive portfolio of products is continuously modified and expanded with modern insurance offerings. The sole shareholder is the Occupational Health Insurance Company for Employees of Banks, Insurance Companies and the Construction Industry (hereinafter “OZP”), and Vitalitas is part of the OZP Group.

Given the scope of its activities, Vitalitas’s registered capital of CZK 90,000,000 is more than sufficient, and the company meets all solvency requirements, including SOLVENCY II, with a significant reserve.

The company is characterized by process orientation and management, an emphasis on the quality of provided services, and the use of modern IS/IT and communication technologies. Together with a lean and efficient infrastructure based on teamwork and the principles of a “learning organization,” these form the foundation for successful development as a modern, highly flexible, client-oriented, and resource-efficient insurance company.
